new food and books

My rant for teh moment is how can a person (or rather group of people) order $120 worth of food (with a credit card) and not tip the driver??? Plus they were extremely rude to me even though i was as polite and kind as i could be. I just dont get it.

i'm reading a great book called change of heart by jodi picoult about religion and teh death penalty adn redemption its throwing me for a loop i tell you what! i'm not through with it yet but i'd definitely already recommend it. Shes the author of my sister's keeper (which was a movie that came out a few months back with cameron diaz). ive read that one adn another book by her called The Pact, about teen suicide and wow that was really good. I lost a cousin and i lost a friend of mine (both whom died teh same way) and i was just trying to see how or maybe why they would do that. These are must reads though!!!

we have a new chinese buffet called star and OMG AMAZING! like so much love for this place, i cant even begin to tell you. I love it so much! they have great crab puffs and spring rolls and OMG best fried rice EVER. Its a new happy place. lol.

I'm working on more goodies, and i just got to hand off two blankets and a hat in hopes they will go to people that need them. ^_^ i'm glad my hobby can help people. I'll be glad to teach anyone who wants to learn to crochet!

alright i finally got all of my old scans and photos of my works back on my computer yay daddy *happy dance* so i am back! I loaded teh pictures on my facebook page so be sure to check them out. I'm also joining my friend lisa at the steampunk convention this march, so wish us luck!

product rave herbal essences has some amazing products, ive got conditioner, lave in conditioner and a gel that work wonders, it also leaves your hair smelling great which the guys appreciate as well! ;)

also great sermon today at church and i wanted to comment about it. people gather together to fight a common enemy but when teh enemy is vanquished, then there isn't anything to keep those people together any longer. What about the people across the world banding together for causes such as cancer, aids, and other diseases? If we find the cures then what will keep most of us together? Scary to think about huh?

hello muh peeps XD so the weather has been a bit colder than we'd all expect here but what can i say? its not too bad. i like cold just without the wind. ^_^* I'm working on a new purse and my sweater tunic right now. Both are new things i've not attempted before so this should be interesting how they turn out. I'm doing the best i can. =)

I just finished The Pact by Jodi Picoult, which is a great book for anyone who has been affected by suicide. ( i lost a cousin and a friend of mine and both died teh same way :( ) I definitely recommend it ^_^

My rave product? covergirl has a new foundation for those of us with sensitive skin and ive had it on since 730 this mornin and it still looks great and doesnt feel greasy or look cakey. I'm quite happy with it. Plus its only $4. Added bonus!

It's been a rough day but here's hoping tomorrow is better! I got to work to discover the freezer was at 32 but that is BAD it has to be between -10 and +10 or else the dough thaws out. Then i get back from the bank to discover the power going on and off steadily for twenty minutes then it died for a good hour and a half. I was told to clean the store, the front part with teh windows, since there wasnt much else i could do. Power comes back on (though it will go on and off more) and i discover my systems are down, i cant take orders. i have to keep telling people who call taht i have no way of taking their orders then at 2 the computer magically behaves itself and starts working. The warmer that we keep pick up orders in decides to break itself and floods water everywhere! Needless to say when the next mgr came in i was extremely relieved to be going home. Its also REALLY cold, as in its 24 outside. Tears.

I'm not sure what i'll post next on my facebook page, but that depends on if dad can rescue my old images from the evil harddrive. Ive not had a day off and i wont til sunday (but i cant sleep i have church) so technically not til thursday next week. tears. but at least i have a teaching job tomorrow!!! every lil bit helps and its for the subject i want! lets see how it goes!

i did a good fair of updating the facebook page yesterday hopefully it looks good!

heya everyone, if you've found me thank you kindly! I'm doing a massive upload as we speak as far as trying to recover some of my scans and pictures of my creations. I can't rescan everything, since Ive given gifts and sold items, so this will be what I have. I'm crossing my fingers my dad can extract the original files from my old hard drive and i can put them back on here. I've also decided to be smart and I've grouped together my goodies as well, into collections. When I make something I usually have several versions in mind; hence why so many variables off one idea.

Current obsession: essie's new color of nail polish mint candy apple! Its gorgeous! It also happens to be one of my absolute fave colors too, so i'm sure that helps. lol This color is highly sought after, but it can be found at Ulta stores and online! I found mine under my christmas tree! It goes on smooth and i barely needed 2 coats.

I realized that the reason I've only sold 2 pairs of earrings online is due to my own lack of marketing skills. Here I am with the world's best resource aka the internet and I'm not even using it! SHAME ON ME! So, here I am internet! I've got my own facebook page officially and also my etsy page, which is under construction (I'm adding things to it dont worry, but my shop and profile are up and running so please fave me!) I'll be adding more and more so I hope yall can keep up with me!
